Mr. Modi laid stress on investing in Research and Development if we want to reach the top. He added that India is not conscious about intellectual property rights and patents also. He continued that our biggest mistake till date has been that we believe that one tailor made plan will be useful for all the states.
Mr. Modi also took a jibe at Finance Minister’s comment that his knowledge about financial discipline can be written behind a postal stamp. Mr. Modi said that truly his knowledge about financial disciplines can be encapsulated in one word: “Trustee” the way Gandhi ji talked about the “Trusteeship”. He again stressed on all inclusive growth.
