The inaugural event of India272+ Dialogues was held on the 9th January. As part of the Dialogues, Shri Narendra Modi personally interacted with Mission 272+ Volunteers in New Delhi.

One from among the volunteers Vivek Kant Singh was selected to be on the panel of judges for “Mere Sapno ka Bharat’. The co judges for the panel include eminent personalities like Shri Navjot Singh Sidhu, Smt. Smriti Irani, Actor Paresh Rawal and Kirron Kher.

The first session of the Dialogues was anchored by Shri Piyush Goyal, the National Treasurer of the BJP and Member of the Rajya Sabha. He set the tone for the day’s proceedings.

The second session was hosted by Shri Arvind Gupta, National Head of BJP IT Cell. He took one implementable suggestion for success of Mission272+ from each of the gathered volunteers along with their brief introductions.

Some of the good implementable suggestions received from the volunteers are:

1. Should have a daily count down as each volunteer is left with 86 days or 8600 hours before the elections are held.
2. Make CDs in regional languages that can help propagate the track record of Shri Narendra Modi. The translators team of volunteers agreed to provide regional language sub titles for such videos. Another suggestions was to use SD card of smart phones to carry such videos.
3. Get Hindi version of India272+ which would help reach more people.
4. Each volunteer gathered should identify 10 more volunteers who can work at the booth.
5. Don’t focus on your own Parliamentary Constituency if it is a strong seat for BJP. Go to a weaker seat that is winnable by booth volunteers.
6. Focus more on the ‘concept of Modi’. What does the concept of Modi really mean. It means voting for India. It means jobs, education, low inflation, more safety, more money in our pockets and better lives.

The final session of the dialogues was where Shri Narendra Modi interacted with the Mission272+ volunteers. The session was moderated by Smt. Smriti Irani, National Vice President BJP and Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha.

The second in series of India272+ Dialogues will be held on the 13th of January, 2014, Monday at 7:30 am IST, with a Digital Interaction between Shri Piyush Goyal and the Mission272+ Community Overseas in the USA and elsewhere across the globe.
