The India272+ Volunteering Platform (http://www.india272.com) is pleased to announce the first in its series of India272+ Dialogues on the 9th of January, 2014, in New Delhi, where a select group of Mission 272+ Volunteers will get to interact with Shri Narendra Modi.

Since then, India272+ as a Platform has grown to engage Lakhs of Volunteers through its Website and through its Social Media Channels on Twitter and Facebook. Today India272+ is the primary Campaign Destination for all Mission 272+ Volunteers to keep abreast of the latest on the Campaign and to contribute to the Campaign through both Online and On-ground activities. Being an Organization man, Shri Modi who always describes himself as a Karyakarta, is also registered on this Platform as a Mission 272+ Volunteer to inspire the Young Volunteers by example.Shri Narendra Modi had earlier this year issued a clarion call to the Youth of India to contribute to Mission 272+ of the BJP by Volunteering on http://volunteer.india272.com. In his remarks that were made during a speech to the Overseas Friends of the BJP, OFBJP, Shri Modi explained how India272+ as a Volunteering Platform empowered Citizens of India from all walks of life to get involved with the BJP’s Campaign without the need for any reference letters from any Leader. Highlighting the openness of the India272+ Platform Shri Modi called upon aspiring Volunteers to take up tasks related to Mission 272+ based on their choice, skill and level of commitment.

With this first event in the series of India272+ Dialogues, Shri Narendra Modi will be personally interacting with Mission 272+ Volunteers in New Delhi to Listen to their Innovative Ideas and to Guide them on the Path to Mission272+ for the BJP in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. This event will also be webcast Live to all Mission 272+ Volunteers across India.

India272+ will be adopting an open approach to short listing the select group of Mission 272+ Volunteers who will get the opportunity to interact with Shri Narendra Modi personally. Eligibility to be considered for the shortlist is as follows:

• You must register as a Volunteer on http://volunteer.india272.com/register. Both existing registered volunteers and new volunteers will be considered as eligible.
• You must make a visible contribution to Mission 272+ through the Volunteer Platform in any of the following areas – Groups, Open Forums, Writing a letter, Online Tasks and On-Ground Activities by the 31st of December 2013.

Your contribution will be rated through a combination of the following:

1. Points earned on the Platform
2. Feedback from fellow Mission 272+ Volunteers
   • Innovation in your contributions
   • Passion with which you have motivated fellow Volunteers to contribute
   • Leadership you have demonstrated within your Group to steer and direct energy of fellow Volunteers
3. Bonus points for those Mission 272+ Volunteers who have
   • Motivated others to sign up and register by referring India272+ to friends and Family
   • Popularized India272+ on Social Media channels like Facebook and Twitter
4. Final selection will be made on the above criteria
