Narendra Modi addressed the Vijay Sankalp Samabesh in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The rally was also addressed by BJP President Rajnath Singh and local BJP leaders.

Mr. Modi addressed a massive audience including supporters and karyakartas. He began his speech in Oriya midst loudest of cheers. The supporters from Bihar too had made it to listen to their favorite leader.
