Mr. Modi had shared his vision of how Uttar Pradesh can be made a developed state during his speech at the Gorakhpur rally.

During the Gorakhpur rally Mr. Modi gave a befitting reply to the SP leader Mulayam Singh. Mulayam Singh had ridiculed that it was Mr. Modi to make UP as developed as Gujarat.
