Come elections and there are many politicians who make tallest of promises but post elections few follow through on those promises.

Here is a notable exception – Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Chouhan, who not only unvieled a pre-poll Vision for Madhya Pradesh but followed through right after winning the elections to remind the people of his commitment to that Vision.
