Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, shared his vision 2018 for how to strengthen post-harvest management and and market linkages to stop wastage of food at the farm level in the state.
Mr. Chouhan is the recipient of the Krishi Karman award for the year 2011-12 from the president of India. He was awarded for the exemplary work done in the state as Madhya Pradesh overtook Punjab and Haryana in food grain production in India.

Mr. Chouhan does not seem to rest on the laurels. After launching ‘Food for All’ initiatives such as ‘Annapurna Yojna’ he is making efforts to stop wastage of food at the farm level.
