Narendra Modi will address the Vijay Sankalp Abhiyan Rally at General Ground, Pasighat, on February 22.

Preparations for the rally have been on in full swing since January 28 and a Pasighat Vijay Sankalp Abhiyan Rally Organizing Committee has been constituted, a party source said here on Tuesday.
