Narendra Modi began campaigning for the 2014 general elections in the North East today with his first public rally in Imphal, Manipur. Dressed in the traditional outfit of Manipur Mr. Modi focused in his speech on the issues that have troubled the North Eastern states.
Mr. Modi dwelled on each of the local issues in detail and in a very positive manner suggested how easy it was to solve the issues. He requested the people of Manipur to entrust the development of the state to BJP once and see how fast the region will develop.
