Mr. Modi concluded his speech by saying thatCongress has become a burden for the nation. They are cut off from the people and do not know what people want. He added that it is need of the hour to understand voice of the people. People want development not division. He further added that BJP government at the center will ensure Jharkhand does not lag behind in development.
